Mattis - MAro. Pretty straightforward. 

I'm quite a laid back, yet forthright person who highly appreciates the company of good (audio) books. 

As I am a minimalist at heart, our company maro and my lifestyle share the strive for simple things done well. 

In our team, I ensure we see things through properly, don't settle for the easy option and keep polishing.

That's us. We grew up very close and in 2020 took a gap year together in Helsinki, Finland. That was the year we decided to turn Masquerade from an idea into the passion project it is today. 

Living together has taught us a lot - first and foremost that we make a kick-ass team. 

My middle name is Rosa, hence maRO. 

I'm very much an all-in person in every sense of the word. Travel and genuine connection to people make my heart happy and me smile. 

My life style can be described by prioritisation, freedom of choice, and reaching for the stars. 

In our team, I design the big picture strategy, bring in other people and believe in 'done is better than perfect'.
